<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sales management system of field crop and a sales management method thereof including a POS register to network-connect a filed crop direct-sales store to suppliers of each product so that even elderly people and women of farm houses can simply and also easily perform sales management in a consistent system for operating the sales management which sufficiently satisfies the requirement of "variety/freshness/low cost/safety" as consumer's needs in a direct-sales store. <P>SOLUTION: The management system comprising a filed crop direct-sales store 1, a server center 2 and a barcode label creation device 3. The store 1 is provided with a pos terminal device 11 and a barcode reader 12, the server center 2 has a sales management server 21, a voice/FAX/e-mail server device 22 and a management computer 23.
