PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication center and a broadcast receiver capable of communication of broadcast distribution data for reducing a communication cost in the constitution of receiving the broadcast distribution data from the communication center when the reception state of broadcast waves is defective in the broadcast receiver, and to provide a broadcast data distribution system including them. SOLUTION: In a digital broadcast receiver 103, a communication control part 307 requests the broadcast distribution data substituting transmission waves 109 to the communication center 102 when receiving broadcast distribution data request signals S306a indicating the reception of the broadcast distribution data from the communication center 102 due to reception state signals S305 indicating a reception state defect. At this time, on the basis of distribution data condition request signals S308 indicating removal/non-removal of video data corresponding to an OFF/ON state by an LCD display part 304, the indication of the presence/no presence of the removal of the video data is specified as a distribution data condition.
