<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar battery module with a high area ratio of a power generation region and capable of obtaining a desired output even if installed in a space with a limited installation region. <P>SOLUTION: The solar battery module includes a transparent substrate, and a solar battery layer having a light reception region in which numerous solar battery cells are placed horizontally on the transparent substrate. The solar battery layer is constituted of a plurality of cell layers and insulation layers provided between the alternately laminated cell layers. Each of the plurality of cell layers has a power generator having the solar battery cell provided in the light reception region and a non-power generating region without the cell. When viewed from a light reception plane, non-power generating regions of a plurality of cell layers overlap a power generator of one of the cell layers, and a power generator of any of other layers overlaps a non-power generating region of any of other cell layers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
