COMPOSITION FOR INCREASING IRON CONTENT IN PLANTS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing an iron compound and a surfactant for increasing the amount of the iron contained in plants, to solve a problem wherein nutritious values in vegetables and other agricultural products being necessory for healthy human life are reduced due to the introduction of new species and cultivation techniques emphasizing economical advantages.

SOLUTION: The composition contains an iron compound and a surfactant and increases the content of iron in plants. Also, a fertilizer containing the composition, a plant cultivated by using the fertilizer and a food containing the plant are provided.
