Suntan lotion - with separate oily and aq phases

The lotion comprises 20-80 wt.% oily phase, 20-80 wt.% water and 0.5-10 wt.% UV-filter. The oil phase has a viscosity measured at 37.8 degrees C., of 30-190 SUS and the aq. phase a pH of 3-7. After shaking the mixt. and standing at room temp. >=50 wt.% of the oily phase separates from the aq. phase in 120 secs.
