PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which can be constituted at a low cost and can correct a V line scratch. SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus comprises a camera shake correction means for changing the relative position of at least a part of taking lenses and an image sensor in order to correct camera shake, and a control section performing control about photography. The control section controls the camera shake correction means to perform photography a plurality of times continuously while changing the relative position by one pixel or more in the direction substantially perpendicular to the read line of the image sensor between exposures and to synthesize a plurality of images obtained by the photography.
