PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To widely reduce expenses required for conveyance and packing for circulation by forming a soil-improving agent containing humic acid as an active ingredient as an easily water-soluble, light weight and not bulky dried state, and also aim at the reduction of maintaining and managing expenses of a vast lawn soil, etc., by reducing the number of periodical spreading for the vast soil by making the effectiveness of the active ingredient last for a long time. SOLUTION: This humic acid which is the active ingredient of the soil-improving agent, is prepared as a granular form capable of being easily dissolvable with water and is circulated in a market as a light weight and not bulky dried state.
