PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a personal terminal that can be used without constraint among a plurality of users to one another. SOLUTION: The personal terminal includes a means for receiving a user registration request by inputting first personal identification information (facial image) input through a camera and second personal identification information (password) input from an input device other than a camera, a means for allocating a respectively different telephone number and mail address to users performing the user registration request to perform user registration, a means for receiving the user authentication request by inputting the first and the second personal identification information, and a means for exchanging users so as to operate a personal terminal that performs transmitting/receiving operation using a telephone number and a mail address corresponding to the user when accepting the user authentication request.
