PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an output circuit for attaining area saving by reducing the required number of input voltages and reducing the number of transistors, to provide a digital-to-analog converter, and to provide a display device. SOLUTION: The digital-to-analog converter is provided with a decoder 12 for inputting a plurality of m (m≥4) reference voltages with voltage values different from one another and selecting n (n≥3) same or different voltages from the m reference voltages on the basis of a digital signal, and an amplifier circuit 13 for outputting voltage obtained by applying weighted equalization to the selected n voltages with the ratios of 2<SP>n-1</SP>, 2<SP>n-2</SP>, ..., 2<SP>0</SP>from an output terminal.
