摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unevenness of a light amount caused by a contact hole of an insulating layer. SOLUTION: A first electrode 61 is formed on a surface of a second insulating layer 42 for covering a driving transistor Tdr. The first electrode 61 contacts a drain electrode 34 of the driving transistor Tdr via the contact hole CH of the second insulating layer 42. An emissive layer 66 is formed between the first electrode 61 and a second electrode 62 facing the first electrode 61. An auxiliary wiring line 70 is formed at an emitting side of radiating light from the emissive layer 66. The auxiliary wiring line 70 is a line which is formed by a conductive material with resistivity lower than the second electrode 62 and electrically connected to the second electrode 62, and includes a part which overlaps with the contact hole CH of the second insulating layer 42.
