PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker capable of supplying steam to a heating chamber while securing the amount of feed efficiently even when the total power to be used in supplying the steam exceeds rated power. SOLUTION: The heating cooker 100 heats a heated object M by supplying heat to a heating chamber 11 for housing the heated object M from a high frequency wave supply part 13, a hot air supply part 15, and a radiant heat supply part 17 as heating sources. The heating cooker is provided with a control part 29 for securing the amount of feed preferentially to either one of the heating sources and the steam supply part 19 in response to heating process content when the steam is supplied, and the sum of the amount of feed to the heating sources and the expected amount of feed to a steam supply part 19 exceeds the rated power of the heating cooker 100.
