PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspending auxiliary device with a simple structure, for easily positioning and horizontally adjusting a suspended plate-like heavy material 20a and box-shaped heavy material 20b outdoors. SOLUTION: This suspending auxiliary device 10a is arranged between a hook 31 of a crane 30 and the plate-like heavy material 20a, and is suspended by the hook 31, and suspends the plate-like heavy material 20a, and is composed of a device body 11 hooking and installing the hook 31 in an upper part and at least one cylinder 12 rockingly connected to this device body 11 and connecting the tip side of a piston rod to the plate-like heavy material 20a.
