PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and closing structure of a bonnet in a rolling pressing vehicle which has a simple structure and suppresses production cost and enables maintenance work or the like of a device mounted in the bonnet to be easily carried out. SOLUTION: The opening and closing structure of the bonnet is provided with a first coupling member 13 coupled with a vehicle body coupling shaft 12 and a second coupling member 15 coupled with a bonnet coupling shaft 14 and coupled with the first coupling member 13. The vehicle body coupling shaft 12 is located at a base point position Q1 in a process that a closed bonnet 7 is opened to a first opened fixing position P1. The vehicle body coupling shaft 12 is linearly moved and is located at a predetermined movement position Q2 in a process that the bonnet 7 is further opened from the first opened fixing position P1, so that the bonnet 7 is maintained at a second opened fixing position P2.
