PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum type game machine which can minimize the further damage by preventing the dispensation of a large number of tokens for a short period of time using a forged card medium or the like. SOLUTION: A slot machine (1) equipped with a CR dispensing unit (50) dispenses tokens within a range of values stored in a card medium inserted and is provided with an operation lock mechanism which locks the function of a dispensing switch (15a) until prescribed requirements are established after the dispensation of tokens. This can prevent the dispensation of the large amount of tokens for a short period of time, thereby minimizing the damage otherwise caused by a forged card medium or the like.
