METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR TREATING PRESSURIZED HOT WATER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for treating pressurized hot water capable of efficiently extracting a mushroom component remaining in a waste mushroom culture bed while reducing the necessary amount of raw water or the amount of waste water formation to effect cost reduction therefor. SOLUTION: The method comprises the step of exposing pressurized hot water to the waste mushroom culture bed to extract the mushroom component under the exposure and the step of isolating the mushroom component dissolved in the resulting extract liquid therefrom.
