A treatment device for an endoscope, capable of being inserted into a channel of the endoscope and fixed in place with a forceps plug attached to a fitting of an insertion opening of the channel. The treatment device (20) has the insertion section (21) inserted into a channel of the endoscope from the fitting provided at the proximal end of the channel; an operation section (22) provided at a proximal end (21a) of the insertion section (21); a tubular hard guide member (23) fitted on the insertion section (21), at the proximal end (21a) of the insertion section (21), and fixed to the operation section (22); a fixation section (24) fitted on a guide member (23), located between the inner wall of the fitting or the channel and the guide member (23) in an intimately contacting manner, and fixing the guide member (23) to the inner wall of the fitting or the channel. |
