摘要 A composition which contains a component prepared by defatting fish proteins, fish peptides and/or fish amino acids while remaining fish proteins as such or digesting the same by a protease. As the fish proteins employed as the starting material, fish proteins of white fishes, in particular, cod fishes are preferred. This composition exerts an effect of inhibiting the accumulation of visceral fat that requires extra attention among risk factors for obesity, has a high safety and can be taken as a food.
