A window glass mounting structure of a van vehicle is provided to fix a window glass through a channel and a window frame after assembling the window glass in an outer panel by using a guide pin. In a window glass mounting structure of a van vehicle, a side outer panel(101) and a side inner panel(103) forms a space in the interior thereof. Ends of the side outer panel and the side inner panel are welded to each other to form an engaging end(105). A window glass(107) is mounted to the side outer panel and a protection rod(109) is mounted to the side inner panel. A channel(113) is fixed and attached to the inner side of an end of the window glass through a sealant(111). A window frame(115) is welded and fixed to the inner side surface of the channel.
