PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of simply realizing processing for identifying untransferred data, and a file management system.

SOLUTION: A generating means 10 generates data showing an object image or sound. A first recording means 12 associates date and hour information showing data generation date and hour with the data to record them. A connecting means 14 is connected to an information processor having a data storage function. A transferring means 12 transfers the data to the information processor. An acquiring means 12 acquires an identifier for individually identifying the information processor.
