<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inertia navigation system for reducing drift/bias errors of a gyro and an acceleration meter when being used in a moving body navigating a long time/long distance in which an attitude is substantially stable in a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: The inertia navigation system comprises an inertia measurement part S having at least three gyroscopes 1 for detecting an angular speed around three orthogonal axes of an inertia navigation system coordinate system, and at least three acceleration meters for detecting orthogonal three-axis directional accelerations of the inertia navigation system coordinate system. The inertia navigation system comprises a rotary base part R having a rotary base 3 rotated around one axis of the inertia navigation system orthogonal to an upper face by arranging an inertia measurement part S on the upper face in the case and a rotation angle detection means 4 for detecting a rotation angle of the rotary base 3, and an operation part C for calculating attitude information and position information by output from the inertia measurement part S and the rotary base part R. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
