<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell wherein output is improved by improving hydrophilic property of a streak groove part serving as a gas passage of a separator. <P>SOLUTION: Corona treatment (silent discharge treatment) is applied to the streak groove part of the fuel cell separator having a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin and graphite to provide hydrophilic property the streak groove part of the fuel cell separator by providing a hydroxyl group. By providing the hydrophilic property, the contact angle of the streak groove part of the fuel cell separator and pure water is made 35 degrees or less. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
