<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic musical instrument capable of controlling a musical sound by human's movement without using an electromagnetic wave as media controlling a tone interval and sound volume. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic musical instrument is equipped with an electrode plate 1 for tone interval which varies in capacity with the distance to a human body, an electrode plate 2 for sound volume which varies in capacity with the distance to the human body, and a musical sound signal generating circuit which generates a musical sound signal having an audio frequency band corresponding to the capacity of the electrode plate for tone interval and also having an amplitude corresponding to the capacity of the electrode plate for sound volume. Consequently, the musical sound can be controlled by human's movement without using an electromagnetic wave as a medium controlling the tone interval and sound volume. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
