<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optimal mattress according to each user by holding the lying position of the user to obtain dispersion of body pressure simultaneously, and considering sensuous information of the user including user's comfort in bed. <P>SOLUTION: A standing position shape Dr and the body pressure Dt of the user of the mattress are measured. Based on the measured values Dr and Dt, a lying shape and a body pressure value when the user lies on set mattress models Mo1 to Mo8 are calculated. From the lying shape and the body pressure value, a group of mattresses suitable to the user is proposed. Moreover, the user is made to feel the group of mattresses by his/her body, and a suitable mattress is proposed finally by total evaluation with the result of feeling by the body. Thus, the mattress holding the lying position of the user to obtain dispersion of the body pressure simultaneously is proposed and matching with sensibility of the user is performed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
