PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic elastomer composition excellent in the adhesion to a diene rubber and mechanical properties. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic elastomer composition for diene rubber adhesion comprises 61-99% block copolymer (A) and 39-1% block copolymer (B), and the block copolymer (A) is a block copolymer having two or more polymer blocks (i) composed of a vinylaromatic compound unit and one or more polymer blocks (ii) composed of a conjugated diene compound unit and 90 mol% or more double bonds of the polymer block (ii) is hydrogenated, and the block copolymer (B) is a block copolymer having one or more polymer blocks (iii) composed of a vinylaromtaic compound unit and one or more polymer blocks (iv) composed of a conjugated diene compound unit and the mass fraction of the polymer blocks (iii) in the block copolymer being 35 mass% or less.
