摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damper clutch operation control method and system capable of restraining a shock when a damper clutch is directly connected, capable of shortening a disturbance time until the damper clutch is directly connected, and capable of enhancing a fuel economy. SOLUTION: This damper clutch operation control method includes a step for judging the presence of satisfaction as to a direct connection condition of the damper clutch, a step for conducting engine torque reduction control for reducing an engine torque when the direct connection condition is satisfied, a step for conducting damper clutch direct connection control for connecting directly the damper clutch, after conducting the engine torque reduction control, and a step for releasing the engine torque reduction control, after finishing the direct connection of the damper clutch.
