PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent attachment of paint of a coated layer formed on a back surface of a transparent base material panel by hydraulic transfer on a surface of the base material panel and to prevent marring and stain on a decoration panel surface until a decoration panel reaches a user. SOLUTION: A protection film 13 is removably laminated on the surface 5a of the transparent or translucent base material panel 5 formed in correspondence with a shape of a switch panel.
