PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular driving force distribution device in a simple structure capable of suitably distributing driving force to right and left driving wheels. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a propeller shaft 24 for transmitting driving force generated by an engine 12, a differential gear 38 having a planetary gear device 46 coaxially arranged with a rotation axis of the propeller shaft 24, and a hydraulic motor 32 fixed on the propeller shaft 24. A ring gear R of the planetary gear device 46 is connected to the propeller shaft 24, a carrier CA is connected to a right rear wheel 30r, and a sun gear S is connected to a left rear wheel 30l. An inner pinion gear P<SB>IN</SB>of the planetary gear device 46 is driven by the hydraulic motor 32, and thereby, control for generating required torque difference and restricting differential operation can be performed while distributing the driving force generated by the engine 12 to the right and left rear wheels 30, and actuator torque capacity can be reduced, and miniaturization of the device can be achieved.
