PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a projection 41 for temporary joint capable of being easily fitted and hardly removed, and having superior positioning accuracy. SOLUTION: A preliminarily-formed projection 411 is formed in a state of being expanded to an outside diameter direction while controlling an outside diameter of a maximum diameter portion 41b part. Thus high accuracy of an outside diameterΦP and a pitch of the maximum diameter portion 41b of the projection 41 for temporary joint, kept into contact with an inner face of the hole portion 2a for temporary joint to be positioned, to a hole diameterΦH of a hole portion 2a for temporary joint, can be achieved by being formed while controlled by a projection molding jig G3. As the outside diameterΦP of the maximum diameter portion 41b is determined to be approximately same as the hole diameterΦH of the hole portion 2a for temporary joint, and the projection 41 for temporary joint can be fitted to the hole portion 2a for temporary joint without a clearance, high positioning accuracy can be achieved. Thus the positioning accuracy can be improved in positioning and temporarily joining the members 2, 4, and the force necessary for fitting a temporary joint portion 40 can be kept at a level of pressing by someone's fingertip.
