PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a female type connector terminal and a female type connector on which increase of contact resistance at a contact part of a male type connector and a female type connector terminal is restrained by restraining sliding between the female type connector terminal and the female type connector. SOLUTION: The female type connector terminal 10, into which a rectangular male connector terminal is to be inserted, is composed of a hollow conductor 14 having a rectangular insertion part 12 into which the male type connector is to be inserted; a projection part 16 arranged at the insertion part 12 of the conductor 14, contacting the male type connector terminal; and a plate spring 18 arranged at the insertion part 12 of the conductor 14 so as to face the projection part 16, supporting the male type connector terminal by pinching it between the projection part 16 and itself. The plate spring 18 has contact parts 24, 25 formed by bending a plate material, contacting both end side of contact face of the male type connector terminal contacting the plate spring.
