PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve both the improvement of a bus operating speed and the maintenance of signal quality for a plurality of devices connected to a bus on a printed circuit board. SOLUTION: An output driver which is able to select driving strength from a plurality of strength is used for an output driver cell for driving an external bus signal so that external bus signal driving strength can be selected according to the address region of the external bus device.
