PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize accurate one-to-one correspondence of each peak included in common in each spectrum data without duplicate correspondence between samples. SOLUTION: A peak range setting part 15 sets a plurality of peak ranges for covering individually a plurality of specific spots not overlapping with another spot in the same spectrum, which are common to all of the plurality of spectrums. In this case, the number of peaks included in the peak range in each of the plurality of spectrums is one or zero, and the number of peaks included in the peak range at least in some of the plurality of spectrums is one. A peak correlating means correlates mutually each peak of each spectrum included respectively in the plurality of peak ranges set by the peak range setting part 15 as a common peak in each peak range.
