PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of demolishing and processing a structure (a building), and a demolished material processing device for use in the method. SOLUTION: Masts 4 are erected on the ground, and a mega frame 5 supported in descendable constitution taking reaction to the masts is formed in a space above the structure 2 to be demolished. The demolished material processing device provided with a carry-in device 6 carrying a demolished material into the mega frame, a processing plant 7 processing the demolished material, and a carry-out device 8 for carrying the handled demolished material out to the ground, is constructed in the mega frame. The structure is demolished by repeating processes of carrying out demolishing and processing work by demolishing the structure from the uppermost floor, carrying the demolished material into the mega frame by the carry-in device of the processing device, processing it in a processing plant and carrying it out to the ground by the carry-out device, and taking reaction to the masts to lower the mega frame by the demolished story part upon the progress of demolition down to a predetermined story part.
