PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an epoxy resin composition affording a cured product having high heat resistance and high toughness. SOLUTION: The epoxy resin composition comprises [A] an epoxy resin, [B] an epoxy resin curing agent and [C] at least one kind of block copolymer selected from the group consisting of S-B-M, B-M and M-B-M äwherein, the block M is a homopolymer of polymethyl methacrylate or a copolymer containing at least 50 wt.% of methyl methacrylate; the block B is incompatible with [A] the epoxy resin and the block M and the glass transition temperature Tg thereof is≤20°C; the block S is incompatible with the epoxy resin, the block B and the block M and the glass transition temperature Tg thereof is higher than the glass transition temperature Tg of the block B}.
