PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To individually set a preset value of a maximum flow rate of a working fluid supplied to two kinds of actuator control valves arranged on the downstream side of an upstream side actuator. SOLUTION: This control circuit has the first actuator control valve 15, the second actuator control valve 17 connected to the first actuator control valve 15 via parallel passages 13, the most downstream third actuator control valve 18 connected in tandem to the first actuator control valve 15 via a neutral flow passage 12 when the other actuator control valve is a neutral position, a first flow control valve 20 preventing a flow rate exceeding a first preset flow rate from flowing to a first control orifice 19 arranged between the first actuator control valve and the second actuator control valve, a second control orifice 24 being the parallel passages 13 and arranged in the first actuator control valve 15, and a second flow control valve 25 controlling so that a flow rate of the second control orifice 24 does not exceed a second preset flow rate.
