PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shower bathing apparatus in which a user does not feel cold at an initial stage of showering, a temperature inside a housing body reaches a temperature comfortable for the user earliest, and the user does not feels dizzy with steam or warm water over the comfortable temperature. SOLUTION: The shower bathing apparatus which is equipped with a housing body capable of housing a user's body in a predetermined bathing posture and a jetting means for jetting warm water toward the user's body on an inner wall part, is equipped with a temperature detection means 131 to detect the temperature inside of the housing body and a ventilation means to fetch outside air compulsorily in the housing body through a fan 161 based on the output of the temperature detection means 131.
