<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a recording image with improved print quality when using for an aligner without making the structure of an entire device complex. <P>SOLUTION: The light-emitting device includes a light-emitting element array 11 where a plurality of light-emitting element blocks C are arranged comprising 2×N light-emitting elements T, and a total number of (N+1) control signal transmission lines G, a control electrode 16 of an n-th (1≤n≤2×N) light-emitting element Tn from one toward the other along the arrangement direction of a light-emitting element T in a light-emitting element block C, and an m-th (1≤m≤N+1) control signal transmission line Gm in the (N+1) control signal transmission lines G, are connected so that conditions (1) and (2) are met.
