<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrooptical device which is reduced in display unevenness by forming a resin film with high process tolerance by providing a specified light shield layer below the resin film, to provide a method for manufacturing the electrooptical device, and to provide an electronic apparatus with the electrooptical device. <P>SOLUTION: In the electrooptical device having the resin film on a substrate, the top surface of the resin film is formed into a rugged shape, a light reflecting film is formed on the rugged shape, and the light shield layer is formed under the resin film in a region overlapping the region where the rugged shape is formed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
