<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that monthly adjustment is required so as to add workers or reduce the number of planned products on the day or impose an overtime work on a worker when the work distribution result does not satisfy working hours in the conventional work distribution. <P>SOLUTION: The number (processing number) of products which the respective direct workers arranged in the respective processes can assemble within the working hours is computed based on cycle time of the respective direct workers, when there is a process in which the computed processed number of products does satisfy the planned number of products, work distribution for making direct workers in other processes interpolate an assembly work which overflows from the direct workers of the process is computed, when the assembly work overflows from the direct workers of the process even by such work distribution, work distribution for making indirect workers interpolate the assembly work is calculated.
