PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser radar system having a sighting/disturbance detecting function that detects the existence of sighting light and disturbance light and can accurately detect positional information (distance, position, speed, or the like) of an object without being influenced by a laser beam of the same wavelength even when the laser beam is used as sighting light or disturbance light. SOLUTION: The laser radar system comprises a laser transmitter 10 that periodically transmits a predetermined transmitted laser beam 2 toward the object 1 and has a transmission resting time of the transmitted laser beam, a laser receiver 20 for receiving a received laser beam 3 from the object, and an arithmetic device 40 for calculating positional information of the object from the transmitted laser beam and received laser beam. The arithmetic device 40 comprises an external signal detecting circuit 41a for detecting a received signal corresponding to the transmission resting time as an external signal 4, and an external signal subtracting circuit 41b for subtracting the external signal from the received laser beam.
