PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loop antenna having a shape of ensuring front visibility and good external appearance by fixing the directivity of the loop antenna to be attached on the window shield of a vehicle on the front of the vehicle, and by forming a film sheet forming the loop antenna into a non-rectangular shape. SOLUTION: The loop antenna 10 is formed on a transparent dielectric sheet 19. The antenna has a region surrounded by a loop-like antenna element 11 consisting of L-shaped first and second linear regions. Two feeding terminals 12, 13 to which both ends of the antenna element 11 are connected with each other are formed near a connection between a first dielectric sheet 22A having the first linear region to be arranged and a second dielectric sheet 22B having the second linear region to be arranged.
