PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic light-emitting device that makes the blue light emission efficiency improved. SOLUTION: An organic light-emitting device comprises a first electrode, a first organic layer formed on the first electrode and comprising a first compound in which the maximum wavelength at the measurement of a PL spectrum is 400 nm to 500 nm, a light-emitting layer formed on the first organic layer, a second organic layer formed on the light-emitting layer and comprising a second compound where the maximum wavelength at the measurement of the PL spectrum is 400 nm to 500 nm, and a second electrode formed on the second organic layer.
