PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic semiconductor material which has high solubility in a solvent, can be manufactured by a simple coating process, has excellent characteristics, and is stable to oxygen in air; and to provide an organic semiconductor film, an organic semiconductor device, and an organic thin film transistor which use the same. SOLUTION: The organic semiconductor material contains a compound expressed by formula (1). In the formula, A is an acene structure wherein three or more rings are condensed, L1a bivalent binding group, R1to R5groups selected out of a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, an alkenyl group, etc., and (m) and (n) integers of 1 to 4.
