PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overhead console structure capable of preventing damage to or stain by a roof lining. SOLUTION: The overhead console is equipped with a storage part 5 mounted to a ceiling part inside the vehicle. The overhead console is composed of a synthetic resin made console lower part 1 wherein the storage part 5 composes a bottom surface side, and a synthetic resin made console upper part 2 composing the ceiling surface side.
