A vapor lock preventing structure of a scroll compressor is provided to improve performance and reliability of the compressor by reducing wear by friction between components. A vapor lock preventing structure of a scroll compressor includes an operating unit. The operating unit includes an operating motor and an operating shaft(100). The motor comprises a stator and a rotor inside of the stator. The operating shaft is inserted and rotated at center of the rotator to transfer a rotation power to a circling scroll and an oil pump. The operating shaft is coaxially connected to the rotor. And, a crank shaft(101) is included at an end of the operating shaft by biasing at a predetermined amount to an axial line of the operating shaft.
