An oil drain structure of a valve shaft for an air control valve is provided to prevent malfunction of the oil drain structure due to oil introduced into a control device. An oil drain structure of a valve shaft for an air control valve includes an air control valve(32), a valve shaft(34), a shaft hole(36), a temporary oil chamber(38), a check valve(40), and an oil discharge path(42). The air control valve is disposed between a rear end of an intercooler and a suction manifold to adjust a closing amount of a valve. The valve shaft is installed to cross a suction hole of a valve body. The shaft hole is formed at the valve body. The temporary oil chamber has a certain space provided in the valve body to guide introduction of the oil. The check valve is installed at a sidewall adjacent to a drive motor. The oil discharge path is installed to be in communication with the suction hole.
