A torsion bar assembly of a trunk for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of assembling processes by improving the structure of a torsion bar holder, a hinge section, and a torsion bar. A torsion bar assembly of a trunk for a vehicle includes a pair of hinge frames, a pair of hinge sections(12,14), a torsion bar holder, and a pair of torsion bars(18,20). The pair of hinge frames connect a trunk panel and a package panel. The pair of hinge sections are provided in the package panel to hinge-coupling the pair of hinge frames. The torsion bar holder is provided between the pair of hinge sections. The pair of torsion bars are provided in a section between the torsion bar holder and one hinge section and a section between the torsion bar holder and the other hinge section respectively.
