<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hollow golf club head in which a viscoelastic material is fixed more closely to the peripheral wall of a golf club head to increase a damping effect. <P>SOLUTION: The hollow golf club comprises: a fixing member provided with a shaft body where a screw is formed at one end and a head part connected to the other end of the shaft body; the viscoelastic material having an opening through which the shaft body passes; a recessed part formed on the peripheral wall of the golf club head, where the viscoelastic material is disposed; and a screw hole formed on the bottom surface of the recessed part, to which the screw is thread-engaged.
