PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a driver to accurately recognize a guide crossing. SOLUTION: A system has a present place detection part, a route searching processing means for searching for a search route, and a guiding processing means for setting a route guide spot on a prescribed spot just before a guide point and performing route guide relative to the guide point when own vehicle reaches the route guide spot. The guiding processing means is equipped with a guide point specifying condition determination processing means for determining whether a guide point specifying condition capable of specifying easily the guide point in route guide is fulfilled or not based on existence of a signal at each crossing from the route guide spot to the guide point. When the guide point specifying condition is fulfilled, the guiding processing means performs route guide having a content set beforehand in correspondence with the guide point specifying condition.
