PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller for an engine capable of realizing continuous change between an absolute amount and a relative amount of fuel from different fuel sources by accompanying with changes of an operation condition while maintaining a target air-fuel ratio and output torque of the engine. SOLUTION: This controller for the engine has a cylinder arranged in the engine, a first injection valve for feeding the first fuel into the cylinder, a second injection valve for feeding the second fuel into the cylinder, and a control device constituted to change amount of injection of the first fuel and the second fuel based on an operation condition during operation of the engine. Here, amount of change of the first fuel and the second fuel is set to hold target engine output and feed air-fuel mixture of substantially stoichiometry. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
