PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combine harvester with a threshing cylinder having solid tooth and a shape about the end part, by which the end part is hard to be plugged. SOLUTION: The combine harvester is provided with a threshing cylinder for threshing grain/straw, threshing tooth 101 disposed on the circumference of the threshing cylinder and rectifying tooth for arranging the grain/straw on the inlet side for the grain/straw, wherein the rectifying tooth is composed of even numbers of the solid teeth having alternately disposed big solid teeth 104 and small solid teeth 105. The angle of slope of the front cover 102 covering the front of the threshing cylinder relative to the axis of the threshing cylinder is set larger than the slop angle of the slope of the end part of the threshing cylinder to which the solid teeth 104 and 105 are mounted.
